When a death happens, whether suddenly or through long term illness, it is always a shock to the family. Our dedicated team are here for you on the end of the phone, 24/7. The first thing to do is give us a call. Someone will always be available to speak with you, any time of the day or night.
A time will be arranged to meet with the family and to take the deceased into our care. This will happen whether the deceased is at home, in a care home/hospice or hospital. The family will initially be advised to register the death . Once registration is completed we can then go through the process of making all the relevant arrangements in accordance with the deceased (if arrangement were pre-arranged) and/or the family’s wishes. It is during this process of arranging that we discuss the type of funeral (cremation or burial) is required, along with the various aspects which include a religious or non-religious service, cars, flowers, order of service, newspaper notices, funeral catering. We can help in any or all aspects as you may require.
The wishes and concerns of the families we work with are always our top priority. We will do everything within our power to provide a funeral befitting the honour and memory of the one who has passed.
